Was having issues with our old unit and referred to Hawley by a local Restoration company. Bart was professional to speak with on the phone. He sent out Jeff Strickland within an hour and he diagnosed the issue. It’s unfortunate that we need a new unit (which I thought was the case) but Jeff took time to take apart the unit and show why they recommend replacement. He provided a clear explanation of the diagnosis and shared his knowledge of the product they can install. Can’t wait to get the new unit and be comfortable knowing I don’t have to go outside and kick my unit each morning to get it to run. Very professional and courteous experience. Thanks guys
