Hawley Air has installed a new kitchen exhaust system, moved floor vents, replaced the primary HVAC system (1 of 2), cleaned the ducts, and performed semi annual maintenance on the HVAC systems. Every employee I have encountered, whether in my home or their office, is friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient; just like the owner. I am extremely happy doing business with Hawley Air.

“I found out about Hawley Air during a major remodel of my house several years ago. My contractor brought in Hawley Air to set right the poor work done by another vendor. After doing an expert custom job, I asked about Hawley Air's HVAC services and was recommended their Maintenance Plan. I quickly signed up. It wasn't until the first maintenance call I found out it was the owner of Hawley Air that took such good care of me.

“Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday afternoon, we called and there was somebody at our house Monday morning at 8 o’clock. He was so nice, so efficient, and he made sure we knew exactly what was going on. In less than 2 hours we had air again! This company is awesome and so are the employees! We will definitely be continuing to use them!”
“This was my first experience with Hawley and I was pleasantly surprised as I had pretty much lost my faith in HVAC companies for many reasons. Hawley sent a very nice tech, Tyler, to my home within an hour of me calling them, and within 24 hours they were installing my new system. “We had another HVAC company come out for a tune-up and then the next week our unit started making a strange noise. We decided to call Hawley and they were able to come out the same day to assess the situation. It turned out the other company had missed that our motor needed to be replaced. Hawley ordered the new motor and was able to get it for free since it was still under warranty. Once it came in, they installed it quickly and efficiently. We are so thankful to have AC again! They also gave us some window units upon request to help keep the house cool while we waited for the motor to come in. Thanks to our tech Wesley for being kind and explanatory throughout the process and Brayden who assisted in installation.”

They took time to explain everything to my husband and I and answer all of our questions. Jeff was also very thorough and professional in evaluating our AC needs when he came out to do our estimate.
