O e unit 37 years old with R-22 refrigerant was retired and today Cam and Nathan are replacing it. I’m glad to be ahead of supply chain and schedule issues that happen the first week where two days break the 80*F marker.”

“Jacob cleaned my dryer vent this morning. It had not been serviced since we moved into our new home nearly 5 years ago. He cleaned the vent from inside our home with a super vacuum and used a flexible wand connected to a powerful drill motor. Then he went outside to the vent and cleaned from outside-in using the same flexible rotating dust wand. He cleaned the flexible dryer hose and connected it securely to the wall manifold and the dryer. I saw all the fuzz and debris that was removed. Amazing! Our laundry room is cleaner now than when he arrived! I could not be more pleased.

I checked several companies and decided on Brawley Air based on the process they used and the knowledge and friendliness of Ginger in their office. Highly recommend Brawley Air and Jacob for this service!! Well done!”

“Wesley came for maintenance service on our heat pump,/ a/c. He was very thorough, and ever so pleasant, just like everyone at Hawley. Wesley spoke to me about putting in a "hard start" capacitor in in order to protect, and lengthen the life of the compressor. He was very thorough in his explanation. I agreed that it was a good investment. Wesley is a great representative for Hawley Air. It was an absolute pleasure to have met him. I hope to see him again for the next scheduled maintenance. 🙂”

“We had a technician come out for a tune up / inspection of our HVAC on April 1, he was very professional and was able to identify a problem that we had and correct it. Unfortunately, our thermostat stopped working and I didn't realize it until late in the evening. We called the after hours line and explained the situation and another technician came out very quickly that same night and was able to correct it. I can't remember either of their names, but they both were great and the customer service from the company was great also”
