“The service provided was excellent. From the first service call to the final installation of new duck work and new heating and air system and the removal of all the old duck work. The technicians were professional, respectful, personable and were very careful when carrying everything into the house. I highly recommend this company.”
“I’ve never written a review before. Even when I’m not completely satisfied with something, I usually just stay quiet. But after our experience with Hawley Air, I feel like I need to say something.
We recently had a brand-new HVAC system installed, and unfortunately, our experience has been awful. Our bottom unit stopped working several weeks ago. While Hawley Air was here inspecting the system, something also went wrong with the top unit.
We spent $15,000 on a new system, in addition to spending money to fix the other system, and now, just a week and a half later, the new system is already not working.
For that kind of money, we expected a reliable system and much better service. We are extremely disappointed with how this entire situation has been handled and with the quality and reliability of a system that was just installed. We are hoping Hawley Air will come out as soon as possible and get this issue fixed.”
“The service was awesome from the lady I talked to on the phone which made the appointment so promptly and very nice with all the updates and image of the tech coming. But that’s not all the techs name was Jacob and very professional and trustworthy I am not sure if all the techs are like this young man but I was very impressed with the way he diagnosed the unit and was even more impressed by the professional level and kind I will use Hawley again for sure. “Justin came out today with Pablo to check on our system. It was just installed three days ago, and we had some questions about the thermostat and how to properly operate it. We had an excellent tutorial the evening of the installation but we didn't retain all the information. Justin and Pablo were patient with our questions and helped us understand everything better! Hawley has an excellent team of people!”
“We had a superb installation team: Carlos, Catlin, Brayden, and there may have been others we don't know the names of. They all did a bangup job!!! They were here until early evening because of intermittent periods of heavy rain, yet they remained diligent and faithful to the task at hand. They answered any questions we had throughout the process. In the last hour or so Carlos went over all the details of the new thermostat, downloading the Hawley app, and how to navigate it. He was VERY patient. While he was doing that Catlin was finalizing everything with the installation of the heat pump and backup gas furnace, testing everything to make sure it worked correctly and communicating with Carlos before the team was done and ready to leave. The entire Hawley Air team from beginning to end has been super professional and very available to us with any questions. We would recommend them to anyone!!”
“Travis was our comfort advisor. He was excellent spent two hours doing an extremely thorough load test, which involved going in the attic, in the crawl space, inside the house, and all around the outside of the house. He answered ALL questions we had with complete patience and welcomed us to contact him if we needed more information. He was extremely professional. We would recommend Hawley Air to anyone needing a new heat pump or furnace or just overall maintenance twice a year if you want to be totally taken care of and sure that everything is done right!”
