I was just getting excuses from the company who had done the install. “It was my house’s fault because I have high ceilings.” “It was Duke power’s fault and I shouldn’t trust their billing.” I had been thinking that I should get a second opinion, but I kept putting it off, believing that nothing would help. The latest heat wave made me desperate, and when I received a flyer in the mail from Hawley, I gave them a call. And I am so thankful I did!
Kendrick arrived the next day, and he meticulously checked out both my systems since I have two. He determined that I was having problems with the new system because the wrong size filter box was installed! It wasn’t the size recommended by the manufacturer, and it wasn’t large enough to do the job.
The new part was ordered, and Kendrick was back the next week for the install and a complete service on all my units. He did an excellent job, and I can’t believe the difference!! My air is actually functioning! It’s working! And the unit isn’t running constantly. It actually shuts off when the outside temp goes down. I am looking forward to seeing what this repair will do for my winter heating. I know it will make a huge difference! I can’t recommend Hawley or Kendrick more highly! They are an exceptional company with the most professional business practices I ever seen in an HVAC company. They really care about customer satisfaction. My old company gave me nothing but excuses or completely ignored me as an annoyance when I complained. I have already recommended Hawley to family and friends. .”

“As scheduled 3 young men arrived right on time for my system cleaning, Landon, Jonathan and Donavon. They were professional and respectful of my home, wearing shoes covers upon entering. They explained every detail of the process and what I could expect. They completed the whole cleaning process in a few hours. I could tell the difference in the air quality almost immediately. I am very happy with the service I received and the gentlemen who performed it. I highly recommend Hawley Air for your HVAC needs!”

“I called Hawley first thing on a Monday morning after my A/C stopped over the weekend. With in 2 hours Jacob was standing on my doorstep. He listened to the issue I was having, inspected everything ( indoor/outdoor) units, made all necessary repairs! Cool air blowing in no time. He also offered suggestions for future service and prevention. Hawley Air is an exceptional company with knowledgeable employees, they are always prompt and professional. “Our services began on 6/2 with the technicians, Jacob and Scott coming to do our bi-annual maintenance. Jacob shared with us that last year Mitchell put in several pounds of Freon and again this year the Freon was low. He shared he couldn’t find the leak and recommended a repair or replacement. He then referred Travis Duggins from Hawley Air to share with us our options. Due to several situations related to the old HVAC system, we decided replacement. On Friday morning a full crew came to install our new system. The lead Joseph Riggan, team members Austin Adams, Noah Sowden, and Pablo Solis-Nazario spent 5 + hours installing the entire new HVAC system. Branden Hawley contributed by making sure the electrical system was working perfectly. Overall, we were very very pleased with the equipment and services we received. Each Hawley Air team member we interacted with were professional, efficient and very friendly to work with. We trust the services Hawley Air provides.”

“So I had my maintenance the month of April and I was given some things that needed to be taken care of the Band-Aid was about 2,000 and if I needed to take care of everything it was going to be a let's say anywhere from 10 and up so I decided to just take care of the system itself One stop shot and already discussed the financial side of it. With Jeremy so the guys came out that would be Zach and Skyelar they got the early morning show them where things were located and I left I got home about 1:30 they will still busy working they finished about 4:30 showed me how to work the new system show me what they did under the house which is normal for them they show their work and I appreciate it it was a an experience as always pleasant with a couple of laughs. I'll continue to give them great marks because of service is just amazing professional with no Stones left unturned, if you're not with them I suggest you give him a call you won't regret it I can promise you that

“I just want to start off by saying overall completely blown away from service i have received. From the office lady's to First meeting Travis D. Travis came and i showed him what i was wanting we came up with a game plan and he laid everything out how it will be all done and explained all the steps. HIGHLY impressed for the first time dealing with Hawley air. Today the guys came out to my house 4/28/26 arrived at home 830 am and was done by noon. Joseph R. was the first gentleman i meet, first impressions last super nice gentleman he came in and asked where i wanted everything i showed him what all me and my wife was wanting, took his notes and begin getting to work, i meet the other two gentleman that was with joseph r. both was super nice and polite highly recommend the crew all work was done and cleaned up like they was never here but left a beautiful installation, Brayden H. Explained all the Electrical work he would be doing and dude a top notch job on everything super clean work. Overall The whole crew that came to my house from my first phone call to Travis D. to the rest of the Crew TOP NOTCH! HIGHLY Recommend Hawley Air and there team”
