I did find that when they did come out service my equipment they ended up trying to sell me stuff on my units and that the costs were always expensive even with the discount provided by the service agreement.”

“I had to make the dreaded call on a weekend “Sunday” because we woke up and the air wasn’t working. Jacob came out and was the nicest young man. We ended up also needing an electrician, Chandler came out Monday and got us back running. When Jacob came back to check that the unit was working properly we were at work. He checked it over and was so sweet in closing our windows for us and setting the air to 68 so it’d be nice and cool when we got home from work. We were very impressed with both young men. Thanks for all your hard work!”
“This is the second time that I had dealt with Hawley. . I liked how they updated you. on timely events, such as when your technician will arrive and sending a picture. This time my technician was Jacob Dodds. He was so polite so knowledgeable, took time to answer all my questions, showed me what was wrong, and went into details on next steps. He got my air conditioner running again, but due to its age, we will be replacing. I am extremely pleased once again with their service.”
